Merrimack River trail conditions

Ran the course this morning (04-04) and it is in great shape. The flood waters have abated and the course is almost completely dry. I finished without getting my feet wet and only getting a little mud on my shoes. With the weather this coming week the course should be in super shape for the race on 04-10.

    Looking forward to Saturday. Coming up from Cape Cod. It should be a good time as in the past.

    My first time running. Great race, exceptionally organized and managed. Difficult for sure, especially that 5th mile by the power lines (who thought to include that in the race :-)). Thanks for everything!
